RETURN POLICY

 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Our number one goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied and happy with our beautiful Jewelry.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns must be pre-approved by Baronyka (the company).

Please contact us on our website's contact page in order to start the return process and include your order number in the email. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges that fail to request permission beforehand.

Once you have contacted us and your return is approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us at your expense. You will have 14 days to return the item to us once the return is authorized. Please ensure that that the package is marked as a “Return”. If you fail to label the return correctly, you will be billed for any charges incurred.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is no longer in sell-able condition. If the item is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment. You will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges.

We will notify you as soon as we process the return. Transactions can often take several business days to appear on your credit card statement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not pre-approved by email.

Sale items or items purchased using a discount code ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds or exchange. Sale items or discount newsletter items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of $10. We do not process refunds on jewelry over $250.

Refund requests over $250 will result in a $250 refund and the remaining balance in-store credit.

 

Exchange Policy

Full Priced jewelry are eligible for free exchanges.

We are happy to exchange items if the product you received was the wrong size, color, or style, and would like to exchange it for another item on our website. You are able to exchange any jewelry that was purchased at full price up to 20 days after purchase.

Exchanges must be pre-approved by Baronyka (The Company). We ask that you contact us at our website's contact page in order to start the exchange process.

In your email please make note of the order number, and if you have already made a selection of the new item you would like to exchange it for, please let us know so we can set it aside for you. We are unable to process any exchanges that fail to request approval beforehand.

Once you have contacted us and your return is approved we will email you a return label and customs documentation which you will need to print out and attach to the package.

The package will then need to be dropped off at a nearby USPS location. If the item is returned unused and is in its original condition, we will ship out the replacement item to you at no additional cost to you.

**Please note If Baronyka (The Company) is providing a return free of charge, we will provide you with all of the necessary paperwork which you will simply need to print and attach to the package you are returning to us.

If the package is returned to you due to lack of documents, you will be charged any additional fees incurred. If you are returning the goods to us at your own expense, please make sure they are labelled as a return with a low value. Any customs fees associated with your return will be charged to the customer.

Exchanged items will not be eligible for further exchange or refund. We accept one exchange per order. If the exchange item is valued at more than your original purchase, you will be invoiced for the difference prior to shipping. If the exchange item is valued at less than your original purchase, you will receive a store credit which can be used on any jewelry for a 12 month period. Store credits must be used in one transaction.
